Completed Level 3 Training Gottman Methods Couples Therapy. Wow, life can certainly be wild at times. Curveballs can be much easier if you have a person who believes in you, your strengths, and your abilities along the way. As a therapist, I believe we all have endless strengths, we are here, at this moment getting what we need and using our skills to do that. A lot can be said for showing up.
