I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with certifications in Yin Yoga and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I blend ACT, Attachment Theory, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Trauma-Informed Yoga, and CBT to provide psychoeducation and design individualized treatment plans for each client.
I work with individuals, couples, and families facing trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief, and more. I focus on helping clients release tension, understand how the past may influence the present, and build healthy coping skills.
