My desire is to meet individuals in their current hardships so they can feel understood. I have a passion for working with individuals from all walks of life and from different cultural backgrounds. I enjoy helping people identify how their strengths appear during challenging life experiences and to discover their inner resiliency. By joining people where they are in life, and learning about each person's worldview, I hope they feel valued. I am bi-lingual and also provide the option for sessions in Spanish for those that prefer this resource.
I have worked with individuals that face anxiety, depression, grief and trauma. For those that desire, I also create an atmosphere that is open to incorporate faith and spirituality in one's healing journey. My focus is to break down walls of loneliness and shame and to accompany you in your journey with compassion and for you to feel understood.

My goal is to extend compassion and help you navigate through life's circumstances by identifying your values to help you discover purpose.
