As a Maryland native, I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Women’s Studies from Frostburg State University. I later received my Master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work with a clinical concentration in families and children. Over the years, I have gained experience working with both adults and children across various settings and currently see client's across the life span.
I strive to provide a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered. I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and judgment-free. Whether you are struggling with masking, people-pleasing, overthinking, stress management, or organization, I am here to help you navigate challenges and create meaningful change.
I have experience working with both adults and children with neurodivergence, including ADHD and ASD. I also work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and other mood-related concerns. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and create a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.
