In my work, I honor the many layers that shape who we are: our relationships, families, cultures, race and ethnicity, spiritual backgrounds, life experiences, and the larger systems we move through. Having been shaped by multiple cultures and having lived and worked abroad, I know firsthand how complex and beautiful these journeys can be.

I believe that therapy should honor your unique context-your history, community, and the environments that have shaped you. Therapy can be a space to explore, to grieve, and to rebuild-without judgment. I'd be honored to walk with you.
