Although I have a waitlist, please reach out as I am supervising wonderful therapists with openings. My specialties include addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, infidelity, and interpersonal relationship problems. I am wholly influenced by psychotherapist Irvin Yalom, M.D. With my years of experience, I can actively utilize internal family systems, motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and reality therapy techniques to guide clients to better life satisfaction. I provide a safe space to fully explore all parts of self as well as the dynamics of your unique journey.
My clients receive counseling fitted for the individual person. I allow my techniques and resources to be a part of an active therapy experience, however they do not dictate the session. I believe therapy is enhanced by a therapist's own continual journey for personal growth and willingness to be authentic.
I take pride in my ability to be resourcesful and fully present for each and every client I work with. I believe that each client has the answers and strength within themselves to move forward in life, however at times need a neutral support system to find clarity and remove obstacles.
