I work well with people struggling with anxiety and low self esteem. One of my strengths is building a person's self confidence and bringing out all their successes and accomplishments. I take great joy in highlighting all the work that a person has done throughout therapy and the progress towards their goals. I make sure to assure them that they are working at their own pace throughout their journey and that I am there to lend support where needed.
I enjoy working with individuals, children, couples, and families while utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Behavior Modification, and Mindfulness. I have worked with clients in school settings and a partial hospitalization program.
