Hi, my name is Jessica, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a master's degree from the University of Utah. I work with both adolescents and adults who are navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, body image concerns, self-esteem difficulties, and identity exploration. I hope to be a space for those who want to integrate their own spiritual beliefs in therapy and those who are navigating faith transitions or spiritual struggles. I take a personalized, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), and Motivational Interviewing (MI).
In our sessions, you can expect a supportive and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Together, we'll work to build practical skills for managing difficult emotions, improve relationships, and increase self-awareness and growth.
