I work with adults who may be seeking support for navigating life transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, managing intense emotions, changing unhelpful behaviors, grief and loss, relationship conflicts, addiction, and trauma.
I use a broad range of approaches in my practice to create a customized person centered plan such as Mindfulness, Skills Training, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy and Cognitive Processing Therapy in conjunction with Animal Assisted Therapy.
