Jessica Ray-Mendoza currently has a waitlist for new clients.
I live and come to psychology with a consciousness of interpersonal, structural and institutional oppression that many of us experience throughout our lives. You will find compassion and understanding at the cross-sections of your suffering and your identities. Whether it is anxiety, depression, social/community difficulties, I can help explore these elements so that you can harness hope, presence, and restoration.
My work is centered around building and strengthening your wellbeing so that issues of mental health propel you to healing and freedom. I am relational oriented, which means the work we will do centers around being in relation to oneself and the world in order understand complexities of your suffering in order to move into liberated and flourishing lives.
I invite folks of varying identities, racial, gender, sexual, neurodivergent and any folks of dominate identities looking to grow an anti-racist, feminist personhood. If any of this resonates with you and you would like to connect with me, please do.
