I live and come to psychology with a consciousness of interpersonal, structural and institutional oppression that many of us experience throughout our lives. You will find compassion and understanding at the cross-sections of your suffering and your identities. Whether it is anxiety, depression, social/community difficulties, I can help explore these elements so that you can harness hope, presence, and restoration.
My work is centered around building and strengthening your wellbeing to propel you to healing and freedom. I am relational oriented, which means the work we will do centers around being in relation to oneself and the world in order to understand complexities of your suffering so that you can move towards liberation and a flourishing life.
I invite folks of varying identities, racial, gender, sexual, neurodivergent and any folks of dominate identities looking to grow an anti-racist, feminist personhood. If any of this resonates with you and you would like to connect with me, please do.

My work is highly relational and collaborative. It can be short term, however, most of my work is long term. I bring a perspective that uses systemic oppression and feminist theories to understand the context of your suffering for liberation and empowerment. You will find more understanding and relatedness to your internal world and how to navigate self-regulation, relationships and meaning.
