I am here to help you through the toughest moments in your life; you do not have be alone in your struggles. My goal is to help individuals learn coping skills, emotional regulation skills and strategies to improve their mental health. I will support you in your therapeutic journey through a person-in-environment approach and trauma informed lens.
I am experienced in working with people who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief, trauma, ADHD and general life stressors. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming clinician.
