About
There are times in our lives where we struggle with anxiety, sadness, insecurities, and resentment. We encounter many transitions that result in feelings of inadequacy, rejection, or depletion. We may also try to navigate through relationships with our family, friends, or partners that leave us feeling overwhelmed, hopeless, and rejected. If you are experiencing these feelings, you do not have to struggle alone. I will sit with you through these challenging times to help you process and manage difficult emotions. I will also assist you in recovering from psychological issues to live a more meaningful life.
I work with adolescents and adults with a variety of presenting concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress management, negative self-image, and relationship concerns. I have a special interest in working with individuals from diverse communities including ethnic/religious groups, sexual orientation/gender identity, and disabilities.
As a clinician, I believe in developing a collaborative relationship with each client that I serve, respecting their view as expert of their own life, while utilizing evidenced-based approaches to therapy to help them along their journey. Feel free to contact me for a free consultation. I currently have immediate availability and offer evening sessions.
