I have experience providing therapy services to individuals, couples, children, and families experiencing mental health and relational concerns such as depression, anxiety, premarital counseling, relational conflict, and communication problems. I use an integrative therapeutic approach that focuses on the here-and-now, as well as past hurt, using Emotion Focused Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Gottman therapy techniques. I also help couples who are on the brink of divorce using Discernment Counseling. I believe that developing a positive therapeutic relationship is essential for change and by working together, you can achieve the change you have always wanted.
