My work is focused on helping people move through and heal from past traumatic events from a body centered approach. I am a certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) after 5 years of training with Somatic Experiencing International (traumahealing.org). I also incorporate co-regulating touch (CRT) into sessions as appropriate and desired by the client (coregulatingtouch.com). I have found the combination of SE and CRT to have a profound and lasting impact in both my own healing journey as well as my clients.
My primary focus is helping my clients heal trauma from a body centered or “bottom up” approach. I am also versed in nutritional support for mental health and I offer a 20% discount to all clients through my Fullscript dispensary.
