As a wife, mom, and someone with lived experience, I bring a relatable and Christ-centered perspective. My style is compassionate and direct, often using humor to ease tension and create a safe, down-to-earth space for growth and healing.

I work with clients facing depression or trauma related to narcissistic abuse, spiritual abuse, and betrayal trauma.
