Congratulations on taking this step in your healing journey! Asking for help can be one of the most difficult things to do, so I am truly happy that you have found your way here. I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for women (18+) to express their emotions and work through the unique struggles and experiences faced through mental health, trauma, and various life transitions. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the fundamental basis for all of the work in therapy, and I value working collaboratively and accompanying my clients through their healing.
I am certified in EMDR, an evidence-based practice for working with trauma and other anxiety-related disorders, and believe wholeheartedly in this approach. Additionally, I have completed advanced trainings in using EMDR to work with complex trauma and dissociation, and have training in perinatal mood and anxiety disorders through PSI.
