I'm a licensed clinical social worker, with experience in providing individual therapy to adults. I've worked primarily with individuals struggling with ADHD, depression, anxiety, relational issues, and various forms of trauma. I utilize a few modalities including narrative, person-centered, and relational therapy. My approach is one that is informed by compassion and the belief that everyone is equipped with internal resources to find their way to a life that feels healthier, happier, and more aligned with who they are and what they need.
I believe that my role in supporting clients is in guiding them to better trust and seek out those internal resources as they need them and understand the narratives that inform the relationships that they have with themselves and others.
