I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over a decade of experience providing mental health services across hospital, community, and private practice settings. I earned my Master of Social Work from Boston College with a concentration in health and mental health, and I'm fluent in Spanish. I have worked extensively with adults, older adults, and diverse communities, offering psychotherapy, case management, crisis intervention, and supervision for graduate students and associate clinicians.

I believe in meeting each client with empathy, respect, and cultural sensitivity. I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach, tailoring therapy to the unique needs of each individual. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I helps clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions.

In the first session, I focus on getting to know you, your story, and what brought you to therapy. I will ask about your goals, current challenges, and any past experiences with mental health care to better understand your needs. This time is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share concerns, and get a sense of my style as a therapist.
