Relationships are a quintessential part of the human experience. That we are valued and accepted flaws and all.

Bringing Baby Home Workshop
This workshop was created by Drs. John and Julie Gottman and is a two day psychoeducational workshop that is designed to improve the quality of life for babies and children by focusing on strengthening the parental relationship. Research has shown that couples who completed the workshop have been shown to experience a decrease in relationship hostility, a decreased likelihood of divorce, a lower rate of postpartum mood disorders, and a higher level of relationship satisfaction.
