I'm so happy you're here! I take a warm, collaborative, and action-oriented approach to help clients expand their awareness to become more mindful of their inner world, break unhelpful habits, and ultimately become more intentional in their day-to-day living. I am passionate about helping others flourish; it is one of my greatest joys to support others as they grow.
I wholeheartedly believe in the inherent worth and dignity of all people. I work with teens (14+) and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, adjustment and life transitions, body image concerns, obsessive-compulsive patterns, faith-based issues, and grief.
In treatment, I seek to understand each client for their unique self, recognizing the complex interplay of biological, psychological, social, spiritual, experiential, and cultural factors. I would love to get to know you and work with you!
