It can shed light on the root causes of stress or overwhelm while equipping you with practical tools each week to help you feel more connected—to yourself, to those around you, and to the world at large. In my sessions, I offer a safe, gentle, and compassionate space for you to process your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. We will use your goals as a compass to guide our work together. I provide trauma-sensitive Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence-based treatment for anxiety, mood challenges, and well-being

I received training from the University of Pennsylvania and the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Additionally, I am a Ph.D. candidate in Psychology and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. I am also certified in Complementary and Alternative Medicine modalities, including meditation and yoga.

I have worked in diverse settings involving both research and clinical therapy, which has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of human behavior and development. I am a Nationally Certified Counselor dedicated to providing effective, evidence-based support. Through our collaboration, my hope is that you will begin to feel better.
