I feel called to strengthen families and help others find freedom, healing, and wholeness while promoting resilience. Walking with people and witnessing their growth is a true honor. Understanding the complexities of human nature begins with the assumption that people are multifaceted, which is why I strive to understand individuals through a biological-psychological-social-spiritual lens. My deep interest in people, problems, and processes has allowed me to develop the ability to see the complex patterns and interrelatedness of understanding individuals within their respective contexts.
As a therapist, I have experience in multiple clinical settings (outpatient/inpatient hospital settings, primary care clinics, schools, residential treatment centers, and outpatient private practice) and have developed a repertoire of skills instrumental in providing excellent treatment. My focus is always to attain the best outcome for each client.
I find beauty in humanity allowing me to be more sensitive in order to establish credibility with clients. I take an empathic, caring, and compassionate stance in my therapeutic work while challenging clients to own their therapeutic process.
