I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a practice in California. I work particularly well with smart, intense people with untapped potential. This untapped potential is often a result of the effects of relational wounding, and/or pervasive emotional and mood difficulties. Together, we will work to help you reconnect to your sense of vitality, belonging, and purpose.
My most utilized therapeutic modalities are psychodynamic, somatic, and attachment-based. I often turn to acceptance, compassion, and mindfulness as resources, and also find parts work (IFS) to be particularly conducive to healing younger or exiled "parts".
I create a safe space that promotes curiosity, depth, and compassion. My approach is relational. Together, we’ll explore the dynamics between us as therapist and client, as well as your patterns in other relationships. This process will help foster personal growth, enhance communication, and create more authentic, fulfilling connections in your life.
