My focus is to assist individuals, couples, and families with navigating everyday life stressors in order to find renewed pleasure and enjoyment in their relationships. Life can be tough and stressors sometimes interfere in our most meaningful relationships. No matter how overwhelming these stressors can feel, there are healthy coping strategies that can not only restore hope, but can help build stronger relationships. My goal is to meet you where you are and assist you, the expert, in finding meaningful solutions.
I have extensive experience working with individuals exposed to trauma including mental, physical and sexual abuse as well as with individuals who suffer from depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress, conflict, anger, work and career issues, and parenting challenges.
My primary approach is solution focused and strengths based, using motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral interventions. My practice, Integrity Counseling, is a warm environment focused on promoting safety and healing. Whatever issue you are facing, you are not alone. I am here to help.
