I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families. I have facilitated several groups including topics such as self-esteem, healthy relationships, social skills, and creative journaling. I believe in tailoring therapy to each unique individual, drawing from a wide range of theories. I work collaboratively to identify what my clients want out of therapy and develop strength based goals. Using my creativity, I design interventions that will benefit clients in achieving their goals as well as have a little fun. Various forms of art and play are often incorporated into sessions.
My areas of focus include diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders. Children, adolescents, adults, families, and group therapy. Mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, child/adolescent behavioral problems, ADD/ADHD, self-harm.
