I have over a decade of experience working in the mental health field with teens, adults, and children. I have specialized training in EMDR, Gestalt therapy, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (somatic trauma resolution), addictions counseling, Mindfulness Meditation, and Non Violent Communication. I am also a yoga instructor and have explored yoga for 20 years.
