I specialize in working with trauma (including combat trauma and military sexual trauma) and have several years of experience working with veterans, first responders, abuse survivors and perinatal women. I am trained in EMDR and CPT and employ CBT and DBT techniques.

As a mom, wife, daughter, sister and friend with my own lived experiences and having people closest to me experiencing trauma I have worked diligently to have a strong clinical knowledge and skill set to treat trauma compassionately and with evidence based therapies.
