I enjoy the opportunity to work with clients in individual psychotherapy, couples therapy and family work (adolescents/adults/older adults). Many of my clients are challenged by depression, anxiety, relationship obstacles, low self-esteem, mood disorders, eating disorders, attachment issues and grief and life transition struggles. In my practice, I work with a combination of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic theory, and attachment-based couples treatment and to work with the client collaboratively in the treatment process. In addition, I administer psychological testing to clients (ages 7+ to adulthood).
I have extensive clinical experience treating clients with depression, anxiety, trauma and/or grief. My practice has expanded and I work with many clients with ADHD related issues, school refusal. I enjoy the challenge of families/couples with and have the opportunity to work with adolescents experiencing social anxiety in the Teen Girls Group.
My experience includes working in community mental health, private practice and college counseling center. I have also worked with older adults dealing with grief/loss. I have also worked in a college university setting with clients and their families. Currently I am accepting new clients and work evenings. .

Groups
Teen Girls Group (ages 13-18)
Process group for teen girls navigating today's complicated world. We process anxiety including social anxiety, panic, low self-esteem, body image issues and negative thinking patterns. We cover issues related to depression, school stress, and parental conflict. This group is limited to 6-8 clients at a time and pre-screening is recommended for the best fit of clients to form a cohesive and supportive group environment.
