I specialize in helping clients 18 years and older with a range of concerns, drawing on my background in various settings such as college counseling centers, community mental health agencies, and private practice.
I earned my Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from the University of North Florida, and I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral, person-centered, strengths-based, and solution-focused therapies.
