Welcome! I am the Owner and Founder of Embodied Path Psychotherapy providing virtual therapy for anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, and depression across New York State.

I integrate approaches such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, IFS, and ACT to support meaningful and lasting healing.
I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and meaningful change. As your therapist, I see myself sitting in the passenger seat; offering support, encouragement, and guidance as you navigate your own path forward. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to better understand your experiences.
