I strive to get clients scheduled within two weeks to ensure you are getting the help you want ASAP. Figuring out how to navigate all of it without losing ourselves, is one of the greatest challenges we will endure. Add trauma, loss, self-esteem issues, relationship conflict, addiction, depression, and our whole world view changes.
My counseling experience consists of supporting adolescents, adults, & couples through the peaks & valleys of life. Some of the experiences include boundary & attachment issues, behavioral & sexual issues, life transitions, depression, anxiety, anger, past hurts, perinatal/postpartum, and relationship disconnection.
