I believe therapy is a journey of self-discovery and self-acceptance built on a collaborative relationship built on trust. I have extensive training in trauma and I use a blend of somatic Brainspotting, parts work and other techniques to help people recover and develop a deeper capacity for self connection. I work with a variety of issues from daily overwhelm and life transitions to more consuming symptoms. I rely on strong empathetic skills to help clients draw on internal resources to affect purposeful change. It is my belief that the answers lie within and that my job is to facilitate a safe environment and support the emergence of non-judgmental awareness, which enables change.
