I help men break free from sexual behaviors that have put their marriage at risk and move from crisis and disconnection toward honesty, trust, and repair. Many of the men I work with are successful professionals devoted to their families yet privately struggling with compulsive sexual behaviors and living a double life. They often seek therapy after discovery, when trust has been broken, their marriage feels uncertain, and they fear losing the life they have worked hard to build.
In therapy, we focus on getting clear about what’s happening, stopping the behaviors, and developing a path toward repair and healing. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), I specialize in helping adults address compulsive sexual behavior, pornography addiction, and the relationship challenges that accompany them.
I believe people can take responsibility for their choices without defining themselves by their mistakes. This work is not always easy, but it is possible. If you’re tired of trying to figure this out on your own and are willing to take an honest look at what’s happening, we can start there.
