My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients can build skills for emotional regulation, manage challenging life changes, and gain deeper self-understanding through a person-centered, trauma-informed approach. I believe meaningful growth comes from recognizing existing strengths and intentionally incorporating self-care practices. Through my experience with cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, and motivational interviewing, I help clients work through past barriers and feel empowered in their healing process.

My professional interests include anxiety, depression, perinatal mental health, sports performance and trauma. Treatment is individualized to help others become the best version of themselves in our time together.
