English
| I help clients gain insight into their past and transform adversity into empowerment. By building an awareness of our social, societal, economic, family, spiritual, biological, and emotional factors, we often develop new, more helpful perspectives into the present and future. Are you a perfectionist who feels like an imposter? Are you numbing your emotions with substances or vices? Do you struggle with the constant feeling that you are not good enough? Do you ever feel like you experience emotions differently than others? These issues are often caused by unhelpful influences and emotional baggage that I can help you unpack.
Clients generally start out learning skills to cope with their symptoms. I teach about mental health and brain development to help build this understanding. From there, we focus on the root cause of the symptoms, revisit these experiences, and develop new insight that equip you to shift present thoughts, behaviors, and feelings into empowering self-talk.
I welcome clients from any and all backgrounds including those from the LGBTQ+ community, survivors of domestic violence or trauma, neurodivergent clients with mood issues, and anyone who thinks they could benefit from new perspectives. My goal is to help you find the clarity in your life that you deserve to not only live but thrive!
