I've been a dedicated therapist for 15 years and I love working with individuals and couples with a wide variety of issues. As I work towards AASECT certification as a Sex Therapist, I offer special expertise to help you achieve your ideal sexual/relationship functioning. My interventions include Cognitive- Dialectical- & Rational Emotive-Behavioral Therapies; Motivational Interviewing; Emotionally Focused Therapy; Gottman techniques, mindfulness-based and trauma-informed interventions. I also speak fluent Spanish.
