A spiritual journey is one of the most challenging and painful experiences to go through. After finding limited support with my awakening, I am now dedicated to helping others go through this difficult process. Clinical therapy can provide positive growth of ones energy, self awareness, connectedness, and confidence. I provide you with the oportunity to feel deeply validated and understood by an experienced clinician. I also view therapy as client driven where you are the expert and know what you need to heal, feel happy, empowered, and at peace in your life.
I work with people coming in with a variety of struggles such as financial, abuse/neglect, domestic violence, trauma, compassion fatigue, and work related stress.
Through my practice, I provide evidenced based strategies, energy healing techniques, to help manage emotions, defenses, and stressors. I offer a peaceful and serene environment to feel safe and comforted.
