I work with college students, young adults, and parents figuring out who they are outside of who they've had to be. As a Latina, first-born daughter of immigrant parents, someone who became a parent young and lives with ADHD - I get the pressure, the guilt, the invisible labor. That lived experience is why my work feels different.
