Hi! I'm Jessica, Are you having difficulty navigating life with a clear mind? Do you find yourself struggling with relationships, work, or self-esteem? I help individuals manage anxiety and in some cases burnout. Sometimes the way we perceive ourselves can get in the way of reaching our full potential as human beings.
As we get the opportunity to know each other, we will develop goals that specifically pertain to the changes that you would like to see.
