I also work with couples struggling with communication, emotional intimacy, boundary setting and divorce discernment. I have worked with many late-identified neurodivergent clients to address depression, anxiety or relationship concerns through self-acceptance. My approach is neurodivergent-affirming, rather than behavioral-based. I strive to be an LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC ally.
I do not subscribe to the medical-model of mental health that assumes clients are broken and need to be fixed. Instead, I believe mental health experiences like irritability, restlessness, or feeling depressed often come from a place trying to protect ourselves. I am here to support you in creating the safety needed to show up in life authentically.
I am available for in-office or virtual appointments with immediate daytime availability. I currently have a limited number of evening openings available.
