Life can be a bumpy road. The path we take can lead us to happiness or to despair. I have extensive experience working in trauma recovery with victims of crime, sexual assault and domestic abuse. Moving from victim to survivor is possible. I work with clients from adolescence through the final years of life using individualized techniques for clients' needs. Therapy is a vital tool in processing (past or present) grief and trauma.
When people feel safe, accepted and heard, painful past experiences can be processed and healing begins. Your days should not be consumed with worry or sadness.
