Sometimes life feels like we are barely just going through the motions. It can be overwhelming, unmanageable or just unenjoyable. My goal is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. Whether it is you or your child or teen struggling to adjust, a trauma, a struggling relationship or the hardships of managing day to day life, I am here to help you thrive, not just survive. Therapy is work work but it can also be an energizing and fun experience. I strive to make your experience one that you look forward to and benefit from.
I provide you with the opportunity to discover your inner strengths and rid your mind of unhelpful thoughts. The focus of counseling will be what is most important to you. This could be adjusting to a life change, abuse, anxiety, depression, self-esteem or just looking for personal growth.
