When I made the decision to become a therapist, it was because two things became clear to me: I love people and I love learning about their why. Now, as a pre-licensed clinician, I get the opportunity to sit with you and be wildly curious about who you are and who you want to become while acknowledging and processing the pain, challenges, and celebrations along the way. I am passionate about the process of unraveling that therapy gifts each client, and I look forward to facilitating that process with you, regardless of where you are in your journey.
I am a post-master's clinician with a M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a play therapy specialization. I value and look to understand the diverse needs of each client, and prioritize an open and honest conversation about what each client desires to get out of therapy.
As someone who has struggled with finding a therapist myself, I aim to be transparent and authentic in the role I play in your journey to ensure you feel safe, well connected, and supported during your process. Therapy is a really weird concept but it works, and I believe in it whole-heartedly.
