As a trauma-focused somatic therapist and certified EMDR practitioner, I help clients use internal awareness to reach places that talk therapy alone often cannot. I believe healing happens when we slow down enough to listen to what our bodies are telling us. I use EMDR therapy, Somatic Experiencing, and Mindfulness-Based interventions to help you process, reconnect with your body, and reclaim your relationship with yourself. My approach is collaborative, evidence-based, and contemplative, and moves at your pace.
