Hi, I’m Jessica, a Licensed Associate Counselor who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and the pressure to “hold it all together” while quietly struggling underneath. I help my clients address feelings of self-doubt, relationship concerns, or a persistent feeling that they aren’t enough. My approach to therapy is holistic, collaborative, and grounded in warmth and authenticity. I help my clients identify what's beneath patterns that aren't working for them and develop insight, confidence, and healthier coping strategies for life's challenges.

I specialize in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, and somatic and mindfulness-based interventions. My approach is holistic and integrative, and focused on meeting my clients unique needs. I prioritize creating a safe, collaborative, and empowering environment while gently helping you grow and change.
