Hello! My name is Jessica Milosky and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and South Carolina. I have a BA in Communications and an MS in Counseling. My work history includes private practice and inpatient psychiatric services. I predominantly work with adults facing a variety of concerns and symptoms, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, addiction, codependency and relationship conflict, grief, and trauma. I also have experience working with female adolescents with ADHD, autism, and special needs.
I consider my approach to therapy ecclectic, using various modalities to address the individual, unique needs of each person. CBT is my foundation, followed by Polyvagal-Informed Therapy Interventions, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Equine-Assisted Therapy. I'm also in the process of becoming an ADHD Certified Practitioner.
