I'm here to support folks, who are looking for a place to process experiences, move towards healthier relationships with family members and loved ones, and want help learning new ways of working with feelings.
I provide unconditional positive regard so you can hold your experiences with resilience, compassion and understanding. As a Therapist I support my clients with a safe space to explore their past to facilitate healing and happiness in the present as well as hopes, fears and planning for the future. I especially l love working with parents and children.
Together we will explore and build on the strengths and tools that you already have within; some you may know; some we will discover along the way. From healthier coping skills, clearer communication with others to deeper compassion for the self, you will have the opportunity to grow, heal and find more ease.
