Hi I'm Jessica! I'm a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and IFS-oriented therapist in Madison, WI with over 19 years experience. Areas of speciality: anxiety, panic, trauma, CPTSD (i.e. developmental, attachment wounds), nervous system support, chronic pain, chronic stress, ADHD as well as issues with relationships, communication, self-esteem, boundaries, identity and life transitions. Other areas: secondary trauma, burnout, parenting, supporting other therapists. I have a special interest in working with young adults, women, BIPOC, immigrants, LGBTQIA+ as well as highly sensitive, intuitive and/or creative people.

I offer a holistic approach that includes the whole being in the healing process. Somatic Experiencing and IFS/parts work approaches are my primary modalities along with many other modalities. You can expect authentic, compassion, curiosity, presence, creativity, and humor. My approach to healing is collaborative with a pace that feels manageable.
