I enjoy working with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, whether they are seeking premarital counseling, navigating ongoing challenges, or feeling uncertain about the future of their relationship. I also work with individuals and families experiencing relational or personal struggles. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, with a faith-based perspective when desired. I strive to create a safe space where clients can gain understanding, healing, and hope.
I use evidence-based approaches including Gottman Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Lifespan Integration, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Premarital Counseling, and Discernment Counseling. I tailor treatment to each client’s needs, integrating additional modalities as appropriate to support meaningful growth, healing, and healthier relationships.
